So I have been trying to get a little more creative in the kitchen lately. I am a big advocate of variety in anyone’s diet to avoid boredom and going way off track! These brownies are absolutely amazing and are super moist.
- 1 cup almond/peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup grated zucchini
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- i tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
Step 1 - Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2 - Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or food processor
Step 3 - Pour into a greased 9x9 baking pan.
Step 4 - Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
