With the weather getting warmer why not venture outside for your workout? We've rounded up a few of our favourite outdoor activities for a good workout.
Why not get involved in your local park run? Not only is it a great way to get out of the house and exercise but it's also a great social activity to meet like-minded runners in your community and even make a few new friends! Find the one nearest to you here.
If you're able to, why not cycle to work? With the weather getting warmer it's a perfect opportunity to fit in some exercise that doesn't cut into your day too much, and gets you from A to B whilst also getting your heart pumping! If group activities are more your thing, why not join a local cycling group, you can find you local group here.
If you prefer a slower pace, outdoor yoga can be very relaxing and invigorating. Combining a relaxing practice whilst being surrounded by nature is a perfect way to relax and unwind whilst also toning and strengthening your body. You can find your nearest outdoor yoga group here.
